Return & Exchange Policy - Services

 

We do not offer refunds on services provided.  We do strive for 100% satisfaction.  We know that doing great hair and having a wonderful experience is the key to happiness and success.  If there is a problem with your color or cut we will be happy to fix it at no charge.

 

Notice must be given within 72 hours of the completed appointment, and work must be completed within 7 days. We have the right to consult first and discuss with the client about the appointment. If the client wants additional work done that was not discussed in the original consultation, then this would be an additional appointment and may come with additional fees.

Shipping Policy

Orders over $100 receive FREE Shipping.

Local Pick up is also available.

We offer world wide shipping please note all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Salon True Bespoke is not responsible for delays due to international customs issues or any additional fees/taxes your country may charge upon delivery.

Our orders are shipped via Canada Post.   Orders are only shipped on weekdays. Orders can take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your area.

Return & Exchange Policy - Products

​

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for in-store credit.  No refunds, only store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Salon True Bespoke is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note we cannot accept returns on any haircare, skincare or bath & body products unless it is in new/unopened condition for hygienic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
